Jaz is just unbelievable. She goes above and beyond to bat for you and is always willing to help answer and guide you in the right direction. It was our first time working with her to sell our home. The first time we met her she came very well prepared on what she offers and what services she will do for us in order to help us sell our home. To be very honest she did much more than the services she said she will do initially and for nothing extra.
During this whole process she guided us through this and made sure we are not rushed to make a decision which I really liked the best.

For anyone who's done a long distance move, you know how stressful and draining it is- as if a local move wasn't enough. I was offered a new job in San Francisco and needed to start immediately. This caused me to leave my home in Southern California along with my Mom, who has a disability, and two dogs. Jaz simplied my complicated situation. Her and her team was there for me every step of the way. When I wanted to give up, she wouldn't let me. When I wanted to cry, she made me laugh. When there was a problem, she found solutions. No situation is impossible when working with Jaz. There were times when the sale of my home in Southern California was not going well and she stepped in and went above and behind to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. The funny thing about that is she was not the listing agent for my home in Southern California, only the buying agent in the Bay Area, but she stepped in and helped anyways. That kind of service is unheard of these days.
She is available for her clients 24/7 morning, afternoon and night. If buying a house is a war, then Jaz is your general. Jaz had a way of making you feel confident and able to reach the end. I was offered a job out of state and needed to sell my house in order to make that move a reality. I found Jaz through an online search. I had never sold a home before and had virtually no idea what to expect. Jaz and her assistant, Brandi, were absolutely amazing! Moving is stressful and theoretically selling a home would make doubly so. But because of Jaz and Brandi...there was virtually no stress involved. OK.... So how do I begin to outline all the benefits of having Jaz as your realtor. First of all her knowledge of the area is off the charts. She knows her territory extremely well and understands the nuances of all the neighborhoods. In my case this was extremely valuable as I wanted to live (as most of us) in a desirable low crime area with built in equity in my future home. Our experience with Jaz was AMAZING. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we knew it was going to be stressful since we have never been through anything like this before. But Jaz made us so comfortable and we immediately trusted her. What we liked MOST about her (other than how friendly and sweet she is), is how knowledgeable she is in this industry.
