We’re almost at the Finish Line! Here’s what to expect over the next week or so:

1. Lender will send you Closing Disclosure

2. Sign Loan & Closing Documents in Escrow

3. Send Escrow your funds to close

While waiting for your home to close, there are a few things you should do:

1. Schedule Utilities to be transferred to your name

2. Schedule Cable and Internet

3. Give your address to the Post Office so that your mail will be forwarded

Within a week of closing, we will go back to the property and complete the final walkthrough. We will verify that all of the agreed upon repairs have been completed and the home is in the same condition as it was when you submitted your offer.
