Reviewing Offers:

  • There are many other things we need to review on an offer, other than price. These things can include the Buyer’s loan, any contingencies, repairs, etc.

  • Is the buyer looking for a Closing Cost credit? What kind of loan are they using?

  • In every offer, there are 3 contingencies included (unless they chose to waive them. They are:

  1. Inspection Contingency

  2. Appraisal Contingency

  3. Loan Contingency

The deposit is helpful in cases where the buyers cancel their contract.

We will review all offers to figure out which offer makes the most sense for your situation.
